- Assist the Board with preparation and distribution of unit owner handbooks
- Prepare and distribute 6(d) certificates
- Attend up to twelve (12) Board of Trustee meeting
- Assist in the planning and notification of the Annual Meeting of unit owners
- Attend the Annual Meeting
- Prepare election ballots and proxies
- Assist the Board of the election process
- Prepare and maintain meeting minutes as directed by the Board
- Assist with the association’s attorney as needed
- Correspond with unit owners, vendors, government officials, real estate professionals, and any other parties as required for the operation of the condominium
- Prepare and distribute all Association-to-Unit Owner communication
- Maintain a web page dedicated to the association that will provide property updates and a forum for unit owners to view account statement, make payments, and request services such as maintenance, 6(d) certificates, etc.
- Respond to all unit owner telephone calls within 24 hours for non-emergency needs
- Serve as the general liaison between unit owners and the Board
- Monitor and enforce condo docs and rules and regulations under the direction of the Board of Trustees
- Provide a 24 hour answer service for emergencies
